Job Duties

  • Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
  • providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
  • maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
  • assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues
  • processing member purchases and payments accurately according to company policies
  • complying with company safety policies and procedures including conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
  • collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers to complete work assignments and improve service
