Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps
- follow forklift spotting procedures
- handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to company policies
- comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
- assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- resolve member issues and promote company products and services
- support members with self-service technology and process purchases accurately
- assist members with payments according to company policies
- maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready checkout area
- complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and co-workers
- adapt to changes and learn from feedback
