Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior retail or cashier experience preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps
  • follow forklift spotting procedures
  • handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to company policies
  • comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
  • assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
  • resolve member issues and promote company products and services
  • support members with self-service technology and process purchases accurately
  • assist members with payments according to company policies
  • maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready checkout area
  • complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and co-workers
  • adapt to changes and learn from feedback
