- Retail experience including operating front-end equipment such as cash registers
- Familiarity with mobile retail applications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility according to company policies by conducting safety sweeps
- Follow forklift spotting procedures
- Handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to guidelines
- Correct and report unsafe situations to management
- Provide member service by acknowledging and identifying member needs
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- Resolve member issues and concerns
- Promote company products and services
- Support members with self-service technology
- Process member purchases and assist with payments
- Operate registers and self-checkout areas
- Zone the area and organize merchandise
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
- Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers
- Identify priorities and deadlines
- Communicate progress and recommend improvements
- Adapt to changes and feedback
