- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
- basic math and cash handling skills
- availability to work evenings weekends and holidays

- excellent interpersonal skills

- retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers

Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members by answering questions and resolving concerns
- Operating registers and supporting members through the self-checkout experience
- Maintaining a clean neat and member-ready checkout area
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions locating merchandise and processing payments
- Conducting safety sweeps and following safety procedures including handling hazardous materials
- Collaborating with managers coworkers and customers to complete work assignments and improve processes
