Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand for long periods
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
- pass company background and drug screenings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or retail preferred
- ability to operate front-end equipment such as cash registers
- familiarity with mobile retail applications a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- problem-solving skills to address member concerns
Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with purchases and questions
- process member transactions accurately using registers or self-checkout
- maintain a clean, neat, and organized checkout area
- conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations to management
- assist members with using self-checkout technology
- collaborate with team members to meet store priorities and adapt to changing situations
