- Ability to stand for long periods
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Retail experience including front end equipment operation preferred

Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Conducting safety sweeps and following safety protocols including forklift spotting and hazardous materials handling
- Assisting members with purchases, payments, and use of self-checkout technology
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Collaborating with managers, co-workers, and other business partners to complete work assignments and priorities
