Job Requirements

- Ability to stand for long periods
- Experience in customer service or retail
- Ability to operate cash registers and self-checkout technology

Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean neat and member-ready area
- Conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations to facility management
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions and resolving member issues
- Processing member purchases and payments using registers or self-checkout
- Collaborating with managers and co-workers to complete tasks and improve service
