Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or cashier experience preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to stand and move for long periods
- excellent communication skills

- ability to operate cash registers and POS systems
- reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven customer service experience in retail or related environments
- capability to operate front end equipment including cash registers
- experience with mobile retail applications preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting

- ability to stand for extended periods
- familiarity with cash handling and transaction processing
- basic understanding of safety procedures and company policies
Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps
- follow forklift spotting procedures
- handle and dispose of hazardous materials properly
- adhere to company steel standard guidelines
- report unsafe situations to management
- provide member service by acknowledging and greeting members
- assist members with purchasing decisions
- locate merchandise
- resolve member issues and concerns
- promote company products and services
- support members using self-service technology
- process member purchases and payments
- assist members with transactions at registers and self-checkout
- maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
- complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers and co-workers
- communicate progress and provide updates
- recommend improvements
- adapt to changes and feedback
- stand for long periods while assisting members efficiently and accurately
- consistently maintain positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
- provide exceptional customer service across the club as needed
