Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to operate cash registers and self-checkout systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Capability to follow company safety and operational policies

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Experience operating front-end equipment such as cash registers

Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering questions
- Operating registers and assisting members with self-checkout technology
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready checkout area
- Conducting safety sweeps and following safety protocols to ensure facility safety
- Assisting members with payments and processing purchases accurately
- Collaborating with team members and management to prioritize tasks and improve service
