Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for long periods
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic math skills

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience
Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers

Job Duties

Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures
Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
Assist members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues
Process member purchases and assist with payments according to company policies
Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
Promote company products and services
Support members with self-service technology and transactions utilizing registers or self-checkout area
