Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility according to company policies by conducting safety sweeps
- follow forklift spotting and hazardous material handling procedures
- correct and report unsafe situations to facility management
- provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
- assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- resolve member issues and concerns
- promote company products and services
- help members with self-service technology
- process member purchases and payments according to company policies
- assist with transactions using registers or self-checkout
- zone and maintain a clean, organized member-ready area
- comply with company ethics and standards
- complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and coworkers
- identify priorities and deadlines
- communicate progress
- recommend improvement opportunities
- adapt to change and feedback
