Job Duties
- maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- assisting members with purchasing decisions and processing transactions accurately using registers or self-checkout
- maintaining a clean, neat and member-ready checkout area
- complying with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity
- conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations to facility management
- collaborating with managers, co-workers and customers to complete work assignments and prioritize tasks
