Job Duties

  • maintaining safety of facility according to company policies and procedures
  • providing member service including acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products, supporting self-service technology, processing purchases and payments, assisting with registers and self-checkout, zoning the area, arranging merchandise
  • complying with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
  • completing work assignments by using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with others
  • maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
  • providing exceptional customer service and answering member questions
  • maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
