Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or cashier experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- commitment to safety and company policies

Job Duties
- maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- processing member purchases including scanning items, handling payments at registers or self-checkout
- assisting members with self-service technology and transactions according to company policies
- conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
- collaborating with team members and management to complete work assignments and improve service
