Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
experience in customer service or retail environment preferred
ability to operate front end equipment such as cash registers
familiarity with mobile retail applications

problem-solving skills and attention to detail
positive attitude and team player mindset

Job Duties

Maintain safety of facility according to company policies by conducting safety sweeps
follow forklift spotting procedures
handle and dispose of hazardous materials properly
correct and report unsafe situations to management
provide member service by greeting members and identifying needs
assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
resolve member issues and concerns
promote company products and services
support members with self-service technology
process member purchases accurately
assist members with payments following company policies
operate registers and self-checkout areas
maintain clean and organized checkout areas
comply with company policies and ethical standards
complete work assignments collaborating with managers and co-workers
communicate progress and recommend improvements
adapt to change and feedback effectively
