Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps
- follow forklift spotting procedures
- handle and dispose of hazardous materials per company guidelines
- correct and report unsafe situations to management
- Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
- assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- resolve member issues and concerns
- promote company products and services
- support members with self-service technology
- process member purchases accurately
- assist members with various payment types
- manage transactions at registers and self-checkout areas
- zone and organize merchandise areas
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
- use the Open Door Policy to address concerns
- implement action plans to ensure business compliance
- Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and available resources
