Job Duties

  • Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps
  • follow forklift spotting procedures
  • handle and dispose of hazardous materials per company guidelines
  • correct and report unsafe situations to management
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
  • assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
  • resolve member issues and concerns
  • promote company products and services
  • support members with self-service technology
  • process member purchases accurately
  • assist members with various payment types
  • manage transactions at registers and self-checkout areas
  • zone and organize merchandise areas
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
  • use the Open Door Policy to address concerns
  • implement action plans to ensure business compliance
  • Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and available resources
  • collaborate with managers, co-workers, and other business partners
