- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate point-of-sale equipment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately

Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
- Provide member service by greeting members and identifying their needs
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- Promote company products and services
- Support members with self-checkout technology and assist with transactions
- Process payments according to company policies
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready checkout area
- Comply with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards
- Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks and collaborating with team members
- Adapt to changes and provide feedback for improvement
