Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale equipment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately

  • Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers
  • Proficiency with mobile retail applications

Job Duties

  • Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
  • Provide member service by greeting members and identifying their needs
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
  • Promote company products and services
  • Support members with self-checkout technology and assist with transactions
  • Process payments according to company policies
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready checkout area
  • Comply with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards
  • Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks and collaborating with team members
  • Adapt to changes and provide feedback for improvement
