Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations
  • financial services experience preferred
  • ability to obtain FiCep Certification within one year of employment

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily MX operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all branches
  • develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures that support credit union goals and regulatory standards
  • conduct regular audits and reviews in each branch to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • provide role-specific training for MX staff, including onboarding, compliance, product knowledge, and service excellence
  • evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback, implementing improvements where needed
  • provide coaching and mentorship to enhance staff knowledge, confidence, and consistency
  • foster a positive, service-oriented culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning
  • monitor and analyze operational and financial reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, or risks
  • collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that improve productivity, cost-effectiveness, and service quality
  • support the development and rollout of new products, services, and technologies within the MX team
  • serve as the liaison between branches and senior leadership, providing operational insight and recommendations
  • represent RVCU's mission in the community by participating in outreach and educational events that promote financial wellness and brand visibility
