Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in member service or hospitality
  • experience working in CRM systems
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environment

  • 5+ years of experience in member service or hospitality space preferably at a private club or hotel
  • experience working in CRM systems managing confidential data
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and poise
  • ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, growth-stage environment
  • organized and detail-oriented
  • experience in hospitality, luxury services, live entertainment, or event operations considered a plus
  • experience in startup environments or new business incubation teams a plus
  • familiarity with ticketing systems and venue operations advantageous

Job Duties

  • utilize CRM, internal tools, and online systems to assist members in club suites with operational run of show, issue solving, and high-touch membership experience
  • engage with members via multiple touchpoints including email, phone, text, and in person as primary contact
  • assist members with making reservations, accessing tickets, and creating unforgettable experiences
  • contribute to weekly meetings discussing member feedback and operational insights
  • assist Director in designing and implementing strategies to deepen member relationships and increase satisfaction and retention
  • identify and monitor membership metrics such as retention, satisfaction, and usage to refine engagement efforts
  • host event days including placing catering orders, welcoming members, navigating the space, recording member insights, and facilitating additional experiences
  • assist in building framework for hiring, training, and developing Member Suite Specialists as membership scales
