Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in member service or hospitality preferably at a private club or hotel
  • experience working in CRM systems entering, managing and organizing confidential data
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills with high empathy and poise
  • ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced growth environment with little direction
  • organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple engagement efforts simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a member service role or hospitality space preferably at a private club or hotel
  • experience working in CRM systems managing confidential data
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and poise
  • comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
  • organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple engagement efforts
  • experience in hospitality, luxury services, live entertainment, or event operations is a plus
  • experience in startup environments or new business incubation teams is desirable
  • familiarity with ticketing systems and operations procedures at venues and stadiums advantageous

Job Duties

  • utilize CRM, internal tools, and online systems to assist members in club suites with operational run of show, issue solving, and delivering a high-touch membership experience
  • engage with members via multiple touchpoints including email, phone, text, and in person as their primary point of contact
  • assist members with making reservations, accessing tickets, and creating unforgettable experiences
  • contribute to weekly meetings discussing member feedback and operational insights
  • assist the Director in designing and implementing strategies to deepen member relationships and increase satisfaction and retention
  • identify and monitor membership metrics and refine engagement efforts based on insights, feedback, and data
  • provide event-day hosting including placing catering orders, welcoming members, assisting with venue navigation, recording member insights, and facilitating additional experiences
  • assist with building framework for hiring, training, and developing a team of Member Suite Specialists as membership scales
