Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one-year experience in hospitality business or a similar role
- ability to handle multiple communication channels effectively
- strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 100 lbs on occasion
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- commitment to adhering to company policies and service standards
- readiness to assume various responsibilities as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one-year experience in hospitality business or a similar role
- service oriented mindset making every guest feel valued
- strong communication skills including verbal, written, phone, text, and social media communications
- ability to work well under pressure coordinating multiple tasks
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- positive phone demeanor
- advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Coordinate and distribute emails to members meeting the club's communication standards
- populate event calendar and create event registration confirmations
- set up for member check in including name badges and welcome signs
- event set up of décor or warm welcomes
- send thank you cards to speakers
- take photos of events
- conduct new member welcome calls and invite to new member orientation
- manage social media by responding to posts, creating copy, and verifying event calendar accuracy on Facebook page
- update members first with events and registration
- update club marketing materials such as posters, table tents, and enplug
- support ARMI calls or data entry in Tableau
- assist in completion of new member data entry and follow-up
- run member birthday and anniversary lists for engagement
- support processing resignations and follow-up
- define and execute magic moments within the club
- write personalized postcards to invite members to events
- collaborate with department heads to develop and implement an annual unified club calendar of member events
- serve as club representative on various member committees
