Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of work experience including at least 1 year in sales
- sales experience required
- backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries or call centers preferred
- strong drive for results
- effective communication skills
- teamwork capability
- adaptability and flexibility to cover shifts at multiple branches
- willingness to travel
- current valid driver’s license
- bonding, fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required depending on branch needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of work experience with at least 1 year in a sales role
- strong sales skills with proven ability to meet or exceed goals
- customer service experience
- proficiency with multiple computer systems and applications
- ability to communicate effectively and work in a team
- adaptability and willingness to travel between locations

Job Duties
- Performs fundamental customer interactions including member services and product sales
- adheres to branch operations and compliance standards
- achieves individual sales targets and supports branch goals
- promotes AAA products and services to members
- applies consultative sales techniques to uncover needs and close sales
- quickly learns and adapts to multiple product lines and systems
- demonstrates operational excellence and fiduciary accountability
