Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum 2 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in sales
- Sales experience required
- Ability to adapt to multiple locations and willingness to travel
- Must be available to work on Saturdays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Valid and current driver's license
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Orem, UT
- Background check, bonding/fingerprinting, or licensing may be required
- Flexibility to cover shifts at multiple branches
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 2-4 years of work experience with at least 1 year in a sales role
- Sales experience required
- Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers highly valued
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to adapt to multiple product lines and services
- Proficient with computer systems and applications
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Performs fundamental customer interactions including Member Services and product sales
- Must be knowledgeable and proficient with AAA products and services and adhere to branch operations in accordance with standard operating procedures and compliance
- Promotes AAA products and services to Members to achieve individual and branch goals
- Understands and anticipates Member needs, identifies and recommends relevant solutions, and demonstrates flexibility in adapting solutions to each branch environment
- Applies consultative sales techniques to uncover needs, present solutions, and close opportunities
- Rotates between branches depending on business needs
- Provides high communication effectiveness and increases value of Membership with each interaction
