Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-3 years of work experience with at least 1 year in sales or customer service role
- Ability to work full-time onsite five days per week including Saturdays
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Proficiency with multiple computer systems and software applications
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 15 pounds
- Flexibility with work shifts
- Must be able to work weekends
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings
- Must adhere to standard operating procedures and compliance requirements
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-3 years of work experience with at least 1 year in a sales or customer service-focused role, including hospitality, insurance, retail, service industries or call centers
- Demonstrated ability to focus on results and meet deliverables on time
- Effective communication skills, capable of engaging individuals or groups
- Proven teamwork skills and ability to develop quality relationships with peers and leaders
- Preferred experience with sales and service standards and goals
- Proficient in using multiple computer systems and applications
- Strong knowledge of AAA products, services, and operations
- Ability to demonstrate fiduciary accountability
- Good problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
Job Duties
- Performs fundamental customer interactions that include member services and product sales
- Must be knowledgeable and proficient with AAA products and services, and adhere to branch operations in accordance to standard operating procedures and compliance including but not limited to Member Experience, Member Services, Concierge, DMV, Auto Travel, Insurance Services, Smart Home Security
- Responsibilities may include all seven fundamental skills as well as growth skills, dependent on branch need
- Promote AAA products and services to Members to achieve individual and branch goals and reinforce the value of AAA Membership
- Understand and anticipate Member needs, identify and recommend relevant solutions from AAA to satisfy unmet needs
- Use custom software applications proficiently to manage member information and service requests
- Maintain operational excellence by following established procedures and contributing to process improvements
- Engage collaboratively with team members and leadership to support a positive and productive branch environment
