Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in sales
- Proven sales experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Demonstrates teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and willingness to travel and work across multiple locations
- Must have a current and valid Driver's License
- Ability to work Saturdays
- May require bonding, fingerprinting, and property and casualty licensing depending on branch needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of work experience with at least 1 year in a sales role
- Demonstrated success working with defined sales standards and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to multiple branch locations and work schedules including Saturdays
- Proficient in the use of multiple computer systems and applications
- Valid Driver's License
Job Duties
- Performs fundamental customer interactions including Member Services and product sales
- Must be knowledgeable and proficient with AAA products and services and adhere to branch operations and standard operating procedures
- Promotes AAA products and services to Members to achieve individual and branch goals
- Applies consultative sales techniques to uncover needs, present solutions, and close opportunities
- Understands and anticipates Member needs, identifies and recommends relevant solutions
- Demonstrates flexibility in adapting solutions to varied branch environments
- Ensures process implementation and compliance with standard procedures across branches
- Uses strong product knowledge and sales skills to generate new sales and retain existing business
- Maintains operational excellence while engaging in daily activities to meet branch objectives
