Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of work experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Focus on achieving results
- Strong teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts including Saturdays
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 15 pounds
- Proficiency with multiple computer systems and applications
- Willingness to work on-site at the Goodyear Branch
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of work experience with at least 1 year in sales or customer service-focused role
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to build quality relationships and work collaboratively in a team
- Experience with sales and service standards preferred
- MVD (RACF) certification preferred
- AZ P&C License preferred
Job Duties
- Perform fundamental customer interactions including member services and product sales
- Be knowledgeable and proficient with all AAA products and services
- Adhere to branch operations and comply with standard operating procedures
- Promote AAA products and services to achieve individual and branch goals
- Understand and anticipate member needs and recommend relevant solutions
- Demonstrate operational excellence through process implementation and efficiency improvements
- Engage in daily activities that support the larger purpose and goals of the branch
