Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, recreation or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two to four years of job-related experience
- Experience supervising or advising student leaders
- Ability to commit to high ethical standards and integrity
- Strong communication and planning skills
- Basic knowledge of office computer applications and data management
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Job Qualifications

- Skills in communication, planning, service delivery and conflict resolution
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of operations and services of a large recreation complex
- Basic proficiency in office applications including Excel and data reporting
- Demonstrated commitment to staff development

Job Duties
- Develop and lead member recruitment strategy including marketing, promotions, trial membership, tours, orientations, surveys, events, and referral programs
- Oversee member engagement desk staffing including hiring, training, and supervising student employees
- Train member services staff on membership software, customer service, and risk management
- Coordinate member retention programs including appreciation events, renewals, retention rewards, and exit surveys
- Compile and report statistical data for membership revenue, expenses, locker services, deposits, refunds, and reconciliations
- Coordinate access for Institute, community, and summer groups to the facility
- Assist in the development and assessment of student development initiatives, training, and practices
- Liaise with marketing and communications to promote programs, services, and events
- Perform other related duties as assigned
