Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- ability to connect with people of diverse backgrounds
- previous customer service, sales, or related experience
- basic knowledge of computers
- bilingual is a plus
- availability to work opening shifts at 5:15 a.m. Monday to Friday
Job Duties
- greet and welcome members as they enter the facility
- check members in and provide assistance with facility access
- conduct tours for prospective members and explain membership benefits
- respond to member inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- support the overall operations of the YMCA during early morning shifts
- assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment
- promote and support YMCA programs and community engagement initiatives
