Job Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service or member relations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Assist in managing onboarding and executing a unified lifestyle calendar for members and guests
- Assist in coordinating events and managing member communications through various channels
- Build and maintain positive member relationships and execute new member onboarding processes
- Support the development of programming to increase golf rounds, member visits, and overall satisfaction
