- Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members and notifying of delays
- informs members when products are unavailable and offers alternative options
- selects and packages products according to company policies
- dispenses items when members arrive for pickup
- resolves member issues and concerns
- promotes company products and services
- maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
- provides member service by greeting members and identifying needs
- assists members with purchasing decisions and processes transactions
- organizes and maintains availability of carts and flatbeds
- assists members with transporting items
- maintains parking lot cleanliness
