Job Duties
- Ensure club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup is delayed
- Inform members when products are unavailable and offer alternative options
- Package products according to company policies and dispense items upon member arrival
- Resolve member issues and concerns
- Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting hazards
- Provide member service by acknowledging members and assisting with purchasing decisions
- Process member transactions and operate cash registers
- Locate and organize merchandise and maintain cart availability
- Assist members with transporting items and maintain parking lot cleanliness
- Comply with company policies and standards of ethics
- Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and coworkers
- Communicate progress and recommend improvements
- Adapt to change and feedback
