Job Duties
- Greet and thank members while maintaining a positive attitude
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist members across the club
- Maintain a clean and organized parking lot and member-ready areas
- Contact members to notify about club pick up order delays and product availability
- Ensure carts and flatbeds are organized and readily available
- Assist members with loading their vehicles and transporting items
- Follow safety procedures and conduct facility safety sweeps
