Job Requirements
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions

Job Duties
- Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members, informing about delays, offering alternatives
- Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps, handling merchandise properly, reporting unsafe conditions
- Provides member service by greeting members, assisting with purchases, answering questions, processing transactions
- Organizes and maintains availability of carts and flatbeds
- Assists members with loading items into vehicles
- Keeps parking lot and member areas clean and well-maintained
- Resolves member issues and concerns promptly
