Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- availability to work in various weather conditions including rain, snow, and heat
- physical ability to be on feet for long periods
- willingness to assist members with their purchases and parking lot cleanliness
- ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience beneficial

Job Duties
- ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed
- informs members when products are unavailable and offers alternatives
- ensures products are selected and packaged according to company policies
- dispenses items when members arrive for pickup
- resolves member issues and concerns
- promotes the company’s products and services
- maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
- provides exceptional customer service by greeting members and assisting with purchases
- processes member purchases and payments accurately
- locates and organizes merchandise
- zones designated areas
- organizes and maintains availability of carts and flatbeds
- assists members with transporting items and loading vehicles
- maintains parking lot cleanliness
- complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics
- completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating and communicating effectively
