Job Duties
- Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed
- informs members when products are unavailable and offers alternative product options
- ensures products are selected and packaged according to company policies
- dispenses items when members arrive for pickup
- resolves member issues and concerns
- maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
- provides member service by greeting members and identifying their needs
- assists members with purchases and payments
- utilizes cash registers and processes transactions
- organizes merchandise and maintains zone areas
- manages availability of carts and flatbeds
- assists members with transporting items
- maintains parking lot cleanliness
- complies with company policies, procedures, and standards
- completes work assignments by collaborating with team and meeting priorities and deadlines
