Job Duties
- Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify delays
- informs members when products are unavailable
- offers alternative product options
- selects and packages products per company policies
- dispenses items during member pickup
- resolves member issues and concerns
- promotes company products and services
- maintains facility safety through safety sweeps and reporting hazards
- provides member service by greeting and assisting members
- processes member purchases and payments using cash registers
- locates and organizes merchandise
- zones designated areas
- organizes and maintains cart availability
- assists members with transporting items
- utilizes cart retrieval equipment
- maintains parking lot cleanliness
- complies with company policies and ethics
- completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks and collaborating with team members
- communicates progress and adapts to change and feedback
