Job Duties

Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed
informs members when products are unavailable
offers alternative product options when needed
ensures products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures
dispenses items when members arrive for pickup
resolves member issues and concerns
promotes the company’s products and services
maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps
follows procedures for handling merchandise
corrects and reports unsafe situations to facility management
provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs
assists members with purchasing decisions
processes member purchases
assists with payments according to company policies
utilizes cash registers to assist with transactions
locates and organizes merchandise
zones designated areas
organizes and maintains availability of carts and flatbeds
assists members with transporting items
utilizes cart retrieval equipment
maintains parking lot cleanliness
complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
completes work assignments and priorities by using policies and resources
collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners
identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations
carries out tasks
