Job Duties

  • Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed
  • informs members when products are unavailable
  • offers alternative product options when needed
  • ensures products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures
  • dispenses items when members arrive for pickup
  • resolves member issues and concerns
  • promotes the company’s products and services
  • maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps
  • follows procedures for handling merchandise
  • corrects and reports unsafe situations to facility management
  • provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs
  • assists members with purchasing decisions
  • processes member purchases
  • assists with payments according to company policies
  • utilizes cash registers to assist with transactions
  • locates and organizes merchandise
  • zones designated areas
  • organizes and maintains availability of carts and flatbeds
  • assists members with transporting items
  • utilizes cart retrieval equipment
  • maintains parking lot cleanliness
