Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and follow written and or oral direction in English
- High energy and outgoing personality
- Experience as an administrative assistant is a plus
- Good computer skills
- Customer service background
- Ability to manage multi-line phone operation
- Must be able to handle stairs during shift
- Must be able to sit for several hours
- Must be able to lift, move, and carry 20 pounds
- Must be punctual and arrive to work on time
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Hair must be clean and cut in approved style

- Basic knowledge of accounting and reservation books
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Access, and PowerPoint
- Ability to retain confidential and sensitive information
Job Duties
- Interact with club members positively, courteously, and professionally in person, via email, and by telephone
- Answer multi-line phone system and distribute calls accordingly
- Take accurate and detailed messages, relay phone calls and messages to members and special function attendees
- Assist with reservations for lunch, dinner, and special club functions
- Assist with club mailings
- Issue auto decals for members and maintain an updated log
- Process checks daily to be sent to the accounting department
- Assist with uploading member photos for new and current members
- Create monthly employee birthday lists and print announcements
- Print labels and mail member birthday cards and certificates
- Maintain and organize office supply closet and order office supplies
- Maintain lost and found department
- Maintain files in an organized fashion
- Distribute incoming mail to all departments daily and notify of deliveries and packages
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ensure the reception area is well maintained
- Monitor and maintain operations of all office equipment
- Schedule office equipment maintenance checks
- Maintain club administrative material levels
- Report safety hazards and assist with correcting them
- Be punctual and arrive to work on time consistently
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Perform other jobs as assigned by membership director and director of member experience
