Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of management experience preferably in a restaurant setting
- Must have or obtain a current Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of employment
- Must have or be willing to obtain a ServSafe certification
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Capability to handle guest concerns effectively

- Bilingual skills a plus
- 3-5 years in management positions preferably restaurant experience including full service, quick serve, or fast food

Job Duties
- Provide a quality product and guest service experience that ensures total guest satisfaction
- Model and promote an environment where the guest is always right
- Respond positively and promptly to guest concerns
- Continuously improve the skills, knowledge, and morale of all team members
- Utilize all training programs including new employee orientation and management training classes
- Maximize financial performance and profit
- Set motivating store performance goals and review them daily, weekly, and monthly
- Oversee inventory ordering, invoice collection, weekly and period end inventory, and data entry
- Delegate tasks to assistant manager and shift leaders and ensure optimal performance
