- two years of show production experience
- availability to work 40 hours per week including some evenings and weekends
- strong technical skills with lighting, audio, and video equipment
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to collaborate with diverse teams and community partners

- proficiency with stage lighting, video cameras, audio equipment, and production software
- experience leading or contributing to live events and studio shoots

Job Duties
- plan and coordinate events on the Melrose stage
- produce original Melrose television content
- lead show production classes
- operate and maintain lighting and video equipment
- develop educational materials
- collaborate with performers, staff, and community partners
- document and report on production activities
