Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Possession of active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work 100 percent onsite at Redstone Arsenal, AL
  • Ability to support off-hours and occasional travel as required

Job Qualifications

  • Skilled in Microsoft Teams
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Preferred familiarity with Cisco Collaboration, Cisco Video, Cisco Telepresence, Tandberg, or Microsoft Teams
  • Experience supporting Executive Conference Rooms

Job Duties

  • Set-up, establish, and connect Executive Staff Teams meetings and provide hand-on support before and during meetings
  • Connect secure and non-secure VTC calls and bridge connections in conjunction with hardware configuration support
  • Monitor Executive Conference Room performance and conduct daily system/equipment checks to ensure connectivity and effective operation
  • Assist local facilitators with conference room Executive Meeting set-up and support and provide training and technical assistance in troubleshooting equipment and connections as required
  • Provide on-site technical support during DV-hosted (O-6 and above) VTCs
  • Monitor and control Executive Conference Room performance, utilization and capacity to ensure optimal system performance, availability, serviceability and recoverability and report vulnerabilities or deficiencies to government technical representatives
  • Recommend network design changes/enhancements for improved system availability and performance
  • Support on-demand and ad-hoc multimedia requirements
