Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator or host(ess) prior to functions and make introductions
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information
- Determine proper set up, timeline, and specific guest needs including buffets and action stations
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- Follow up on arrangements to ensure compliance
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shifts
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Perform other job duties as requested by supervisors
