Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to use a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to enter and retrieve database information
  • proficiency in transmitting information via computer, email, or fax
  • ability to operate standard office equipment
  • capability to draft correspondence using word processing and other software
  • ability to manage mail and filing systems
  • physical ability to move objects of up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • adherence to company policies and procedures
  • commitment to maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • willingness to perform additional reasonable duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
  • proficiency with office software including word processors, spreadsheets, and databases
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to operate standard office equipment
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • customer service experience is a plus
  • ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems desirable

Job Duties

  • enter and retrieve information in computer databases to update files, records, and reservations
  • respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
  • transmit information or documentation using computer, email, or fax
  • operate standard office equipment apart from computers
  • draft letters, memos, and other documents using word processors, spreadsheets, databases, or presentation software
  • manage incoming and outgoing mail, including dating and distribution
  • create and maintain filing and organizational systems in electronic and paper formats
  • collect, copy, classify and file office records related to business activities
  • utilize computers and point-of-sale systems to locate and record job-related information
  • comply with company policies and procedures
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • greet guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet their service needs
  • assist persons with disabilities
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • prepare and review written documents accurately
  • attend to telephone calls using proper protocol
  • cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues
  • support team objectives
  • listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns
  • move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds unassisted
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
