Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
  • Basic computer literacy including use of databases and office software
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English is preferred
  • Availability to work full time on site
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Physical ability to move objects up to 10 pounds and perform other reasonable duties
  • Compliance with company standards and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in computer use including data entry and office software
  • Strong communication skills in verbal and written forms
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Basic organizational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with filing systems and office equipment operation

Job Duties

  • Enter and retrieve data from computer databases using keyboard, mouse or trackball to update files, records and guest reservations
  • Transmit information or documentation using computer, mail or fax
  • Operate standard office equipment aside from computers
  • Draft letters, memos and other documents using word processing, spreadsheets, databases or presentation software
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, date and distribute incoming mail
  • Create and maintain filing and organizational systems both electronically and in paper format for files, reports and documents
  • Compile, copy, classify and file office records and business transactions
  • Access and locate job-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems
  • Comply with company policies and procedures and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Greet guests in accordance with company standards, anticipate service needs and assist guests including those with disabilities
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review written documents accurately, and handle telephone protocols
  • Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships, support team objectives and respond appropriately to colleague concerns
  • Physically move, lift and transport objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors
