Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in hotel or administrative support roles preferred
  • ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to physically move objects up to 10 pounds
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • commitment to upholding company policies and safety standards

Job Duties

  • prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors
  • act as liaison between Sales Office and clients throughout event process including pre-event, event, and post-event
  • maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments
  • support team to reach common goals
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
  • perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
