Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience working in a corporate environment, ideally in a travel coordination or planning function
  • ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
  • precise and detail-oriented
  • superior communication skills in person, phone, and written
  • proactive
  • comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to multi-task
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in a corporate environment, ideally in travel coordination or planning
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • ability to interact effectively with senior management and all staff levels
  • proactive and detail-oriented

Job Duties

  • Logistical planning and coordination of home office visits for prospective advisors
  • calendar management
  • travel arrangements
  • agenda construction and scheduling
  • overall client experience management
  • coordinating sales meetings
  • building and maintaining relationships with vendors including hotels, car services, and travel agencies
  • reporting and handling of expense accounts
  • partnering closely with other departments within LPL to accomplish responsibilities
