Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience working in a corporate environment
  • Experience in travel coordination or planning
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and customer service
  • Must be precise and detail-oriented
  • Superior communication skills
  • Proactive and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Superior in-person, phone, and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Logistical planning and coordination of home office visits for prospective advisors including calendar management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Agenda construction and scheduling
  • Manage overall client experience during visits
  • Coordinate sales meetings
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors such as hotels, car services, and travel agencies
  • Handle reporting, expense accounts, and calendar management
  • Partner with other departments within LPL to accomplish responsibilities
