Job Duties

  • Complete project timeline
  • establish workflow schedule with suppliers for accurate program handling
  • Utilize Cvent software for program management
  • manage and negotiate hotel, DMC, air, and third-party contracts
  • coordinate program details and produce program itinerary
  • manage overall program budget and audit billing
  • track and report expenses and communicate changes
  • create and maintain project plans for events
  • plan and execute Home Office events and activities
  • enter Marketing Request Forms for event materials
  • maintain projects and deadlines in Workfront
  • attend conventions with estimated 10% travel
  • use Cvent to create and send emails
  • pull attendee lists and reports
  • create and send surveys via Cvent
  • collect results and build reports
  • collaborate with other departments on project requirements
  • coordinate internal and external action items
  • assist with special events or projects as needed
