Job Requirements
- high school or equivalent education
- minimum of 1 year banquet service, events service or sales administrative experience
- 2-3 years customer service experience in hotel, events or restaurant environment
- working knowledge of spirits, wine, and dining
- basic math skills and ability to handle billing accurately
- ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English
- luxury hotel experience preferred
- bachelor’s degree
- knowledge of Delphi software
- advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Job Duties
- create a welcoming environment for guests and associates
- receive initial inquiries and provide preliminary catering information
- forward qualified leads to catering manager for appointments or follow-up
- answer questions and concerns and follow through to resolution or appropriate referral
- manage events of 10 guests or fewer including contract creation, deposit schedules, BEOS, and event execution
- serve as main contact for event hosts to assist with planning questions
- assist managers in scheduling appointments, meetings, coordinating rentals and specialty items for events
- conduct client site inspections, tastings, and entertain potential clients
- create and assist with all internal booking reports
- produce and distribute contracts, BEOs, resumes, catering paperwork, menus and correspondence as directed
