Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Fulfill guest needs relative to business center or clerical services
- Responsibility of daily revenue for banquet and catering department including printing banquet checks and posting revenue
- Assist in planning group events with Director of Executive Meeting Center and Conference Services Manager
- Compile and distribute all information regarding groups including BEOs and event summaries
- Provide information to guests relative to meeting and meeting services
- Send and deliver guest faxes and packages as appropriate
- Prepare signage for all conference functions
- Maintain the shipping and receiving log
- Post guest business-related charges daily
- Maintain business center supplies inventory
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
- Work as a team with other departments
- Maintain the shipping cage and business center in a clean and orderly fashion
- Accurately maintain all group-billing files
- Be knowledgeable of conference rooms and areas
- Familiarity with meeting room set-styles and setups
- Supervise daily operation of Conference Center including opening, closing, maintenance, and cleaning
- Be available to answer guest or client requests
- Assist in training and development of the CSA team
- Respond to human resource situations promptly
- Attend meetings and staff reviews
- Communicate problems to Manager
- Supervise projects and routine cleaning
- Ensure safety and housekeeping of all areas
- Follow sustainability guidelines
- Practice safe work habits
- Perform other duties as requested by management
